Orders and Delivery
I try my best to send an order within 4 business days of the order date. Sometimes a longer wait cannot be avoided; I may be out camping with my family, running with the bulls, etc.

Shipping and Handling
I try to be as fair as I can with shipping and handling; my intent is to cover the cost of the shipping and packaging, not tack on hidden charges. If you ever feel a shipping/handling charge is too high, please contact me and let me know!

Risk of Loss All items purchased from Reflections Online Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
